I lost my watches
Royal Mail delivered wrong parcel to my address with damage packing and they done there own packaging when the delivered,, and there is no watches,, they said you have to contact ur seller

I've used the chat service, but it doesn't provide me with any information.
I placed my order on Monday and there is no sign of any update yet. Could you please let me know when the delivery is?

Trouble returning a package
I have been unable to return a package, the website wont recognise my email, and when I have asked for a password reset it doesnt work, I have filled in an online form no one has replied and I cannot get connected on the phone number

Resolved: Order not delivered
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It took 5 weeks to get a refund. After trying many ways to contact the company I eventually did it through their Facebook page, a letter & Trustpilot
I still have not received my order that was due to arrive over a week ago now. Apparently according to Evri, the courier company, the package has gone missing.
So in order for me to get a refund I need to contact Watchshop but this seems to be impossible because there is no phone number.
If I want to contact them through the online refund form I must have the order number which I dont have because they have never given me one. So I have tried to email them from an email address I found on their Facebook page but have not had any reply!!!
Very angry!!!

They gave me the wrong product. I also emailed them, but nobody replied to my email.
I cannot suggest anyone buy from this company for any kind of watch.

Order not delivered
Cant contact watch shop regarding my order because there is no phone number and I cant contact them online because I dont have an order number because I didnt get a confirmation email and the money has come out of my bank!!!

Wrong, item deliver
Still am waiting for my reply but no answer today am going to police station to complain I dont understand I pay 5£ deliver to Royal mail but I received item Evri why.so disgusting, I just open the my package, then I find something else watch shop cant do anything its my points is I lost my money I lost my watch and there thinking Im a fraud. This is not fair
